Leadership Coaching Package

Our coaching sessions start with a DISC® Personality Profile which helps you gain better clarity of yourself. Our coaching sessions use a unique coaching tool to help you leverage your strengths to achieve your aspirations. We then work with you to create a focus for professional development and use our sessions to reflect, explore challenges, find solutions and create workable actions that enable you to lead successfully and confidently.

Leadership Coaching is suitable for:
CEO’s, Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, Assistant Heads, Heads of Year, Department Heads, Middle Leaders, SENDcos and Business Managers.

  • Online DISC® assessment with 17-page report

  • Four 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Follow up notes from face to face sessions and email support as and when needed

Team Coaching

Our coaching sessions start with reflection on what makes a successful team, followed by a facilitated SWOT analysis. Our Team Coaching sessions use a unique coaching tool to help you identify a clear path for improvement, with key performance indicators and time for reflective evaluation. These sessions are particularly effective in periods of change or when you need to create clarity for whole team development.

Team Coaching is suitable for:
Senior Leadership Teams, Department Teams, Schools Business Teams

  • An initial session learning and SWOT session (3 hours)

  • Three 2-hour collaborative coaching session on Key Priorities

  • Follow up notes from sessions and email support as and when required

Connected Heads

There’s a reason the old adage ‘two Heads are better than one’ has been around for centuries, more effective problem solving happens when you combine resources in talent, experience, knowledge and passion. Why spend time in isolation as a leader when you can join like-minded leaders and educationalists to collaborate on key issues?

In a Connected Heads group we do things differently, the learning shared is agenda free, trustworthy and confidential. Working in a Connected Heads Group provides not only moral support, it also provides you with your own innovative collective think tank. We use a coaching model to support the effectiveness of these sessions so as well as experiencing the power of coaching, utilising the knowledge and experience of others you also develop effective questioning techniques and improved listening skills.

  • A carefully selected group of up to 6 leaders from different settings

  • Meeting every half term for a  three-hour session (18 hours CPD)

  • The agenda is focused on the needs of the individual leaders

  • Facilitated structured sessions that focus on collective solutions
